OUT OF THE BLUE

OUT OF THE BLUE is a class act that originated in the Monterey Peninsula and is now residing in SLO County. Comprised of guitarist “Greg Robbins” and vocalist “Maria Borrelli”, their style is an eclectic mix bringing a fresh sound to covers by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Santana and the Beatles to name a few. Playing over backing tracks featuring Greg on all instruments, they recreate a full band sound at any volume appropriate for any room size or outdoor venue.

After spending years on the road and living in San Antonio, Greg found himself longing for his native California coast. In 2015, he moved to Pacific Grove where he soon met Maria while working with other local talent. Realizing they had much musical taste in common, they were inspired to form a duo. “OUT OF THE BLUE” they came together in 2016 for a live performance on KPIG radio’s, “Please Stand By Show”. …..and the rest was history. Since then, they have performed hundreds of gigs together at venues such as wineries, clubs, resorts, festivals, tasting rooms, private parties and restaurants.
